About Copenhagen 

Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark. In Danish called København, which means ‘merchant harbor’ . This beautifull medieval city has 1,3 million habitants. The city is situated at the eastcoast of the island Seeland and is the only city of Denmark with (more than) a million habitants.

The neighbourhoods Østerbro, Vesterbro and Nørrebro are built to solve a big lack of houses. In Vesterbro you can find the amusement park Tivoli. Østerbro is the most stately neighbourhood and is known as the most beautiful neighbourhood of Copenhagen. Nørrebro is a typical class district where you can find a lot of small shops en trendy bars.

The Strøget is the longest shopping street of Europe and goes through the centre of the historical town. Whit her magnificent architecture, relaxing atmosphere, trendy nightlife and splendid shops is Copenhagen absolutely worth a visit!
