APARTMENT COPENHAGEN - VESTERBRO - Westend- 104CR
Located in the up and coming area of Vesterbro, right on the corner with Fredricksberg, Westend is a pleasant area walking distance to Tivoli and other major attractions.
The building is a construction from the late beginning of 1900s (see picture), this owner rents out the four apartments, from ground to top floor (no elevator), you can see the bigger windows on the building corner in the pictures. These three-room apartments are standard as per description below, with the only exception of the one on the second floor which has a bath tub (pictured) while the others don't.
It is set as follows:
DINING ROOM
as you go in. With table and chairs for 6, cable flat TV/dvd, two single sofa beds, window looking South on Westend
KITCHEN
With frige, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine.
2 BEDROOMS
With two single beds each that can be made into a double, two large windows looking South on Westend.
BATHROOMS
Fully equipped with open shower.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Agreement
The confirmation by mail is binding between Lessee and Lessor. It is only the number of persons agreed upon that can stay in the flat. Children under 3 years stay free of charge and are therefore not necessary to count for when booking.
2. Beds
It is only the number of people agreed upon that can use the holiday home.
3. Replacement
The Lessee is responsible for everything connected with the holiday home and is further obliged to replace any damages that may occur during the stay. It is of great importance to contact the Lessor right away in case of damage during the stay.
4. Responsibility
The Lessee has full responsibility for the persons mentioned in the confirmation. The Lessor can not be held responsible for any damage, lost, accident, theft, force majeur etc which may occur during, under and after the stay.
5. Payment details
The final balance to be paid must be done upon arrival. (Please note that we accept credit cards against a handling fee of approx 4%) The Lessor can cancel the stay without notice and compensation if the Lessee can not pay cash upon arrival.
6. Modification or Cancellation
You can cancel your booking by mail on following conditions:
- No later than 3 days after receipt of your confirmation by mail your Balance is cancelled.
- More than 45 days before arrival: The Balance is cancelled.
- Between 31-45 days before arrival: 50% of the Balance must be paid by Bank Transfer to Lessor.
- Less than 31 days before arrival: 100% of the Balance must be paid by Bank Transfer to Lessor.
- During the stay nothing can be refunded.
In case you wish to change anything after receipt of the confirmation please contact Lessor by mail. It is impossible to modify the number of nights or number of persons unless you want to add more nights or persons. This must be agreed upon directly with the Lessor.
7. Arrival and Departure
This is typically to be agreed upon 1 week before arrival.
8. Consumption
Heat, water and electricity is all included. In case of an unusual large consumption the deposit will be considered as payment.
9. Complaints
The Lessee must contact the Lessor if faults or defects occur during the stay in order to fix it right away. Kindly note that any damage on pipes, technical or sanitary installations or other damages may be impossible to fix during the stay.
10. Regulations
The Lessee understands that the accommodation is private and therefore you should keep order in respect to the neighbours. In case of complaints from neighbours the Lessor can interrupt the stay without further notice. In this case kindly note that only the deposit will be refunded.
11. Others
Pets and smoking is not allowed.
12. Force Majeure
The Lessee is not freed from the responsibility of payment due to personal circumstances or force majeur such as war, strikes or natural catastrophes etc. |
